Canadian Bay is a blended Canadian whisky from the Luxco portfolio, bottled at 40% in a 1.75 litre bottle.
The nose is light, with cereal grain, mild vanilla and a faint caramel-like sweetness. The palate is light-bodied and smooth, with soft grain character giving way to gentle toffee and a hint of rye spice. The finish is short and clean, with a mild sweetness that fades quickly.
