Cardhu 11 Year Old is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2008 and bottled at 56% ABV for the 2020 Diageo Special Releases. The release looks at new oak, a wood the distillery rarely uses.
The whisky matured for 11 years in new oak alongside refill and ex-bourbon American oak casks. Spicy notes sit on top of the classic Cardhu character of honey and fresh fruit.
