Crown Royal Aged 18 Years Extra Rare Blended Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

This is an 18 year old blended Canadian whisky from Crown Royal, made by blending three of the brand's whiskies, each aged for at least 18 years. Crown Royal was created in 1939 by Sam Bronfman of the House of Seagram to honour the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada. It is bottled at 80 proof (40%) and comes in a crown-shaped glass decanter. The nose is vanilla and stone fruit with soft oak. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with light oak, caramel spice, tree fruit and a refined sweetness, leading to a long finish with delicate nougat.
