Cornerstone Blend is a blended Canadian whisky from Crown Royal, released as part of its Noble Collection. It is a limited release built around rye whisky, which it treats as a foundation of Canadian blending, and it is bottled at 40% (80 proof). The emphasis on rye gives a spicier, more structured profile than the brand's usual smooth style. The nose combines toasted oak, rye spice, vanilla, dried fruit and warm baking spice. On the palate come rich caramel, peppery rye and toffee, with gentle cinnamon, dark honey and dried orange peel. The finish is long and warm, with lingering spice and a little sweetness.
