A 16 year old Speyside single malt from Dailuaine, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It finished in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt and was bottled at 57% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Whiskies in this range are bottled without reduction, added colouring or chill filtration. This one has a rich, velvety character, opening with candied fruit, cherry and fig on the nose.
