Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It starts in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, which were hand-selected for the purpose.
The nose opens with orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate brings chocolate-covered raisins, roasted coffee beans and stewed plums. The finish is long, with spice, vanilla cream and toasted oak.
