Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, and then refined in Oloroso sherry casks that are both rare and aged. The bourbon casks came first, with the sherry casks used afterwards to refine the whisky.
