This is a 15 year old single malt Scotch from Dalmore, a 2007 vintage bottled at 46.5% abv in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then enhanced with hand-selected aged Matusalem, Apostoles, Amoroso and Marsala casks.
The nose is honey, freshly baked brioche and iced ginger cake. On the palate come orange blossom honey, spices and mandarins, and the finish brings patisserie sugars, ginger snaps and cinnamon.
