Dalmore 15 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It spends 12 years in ex-bourbon casks, then a further 3 years finishing in sherry casks from the producer Gonzalez Byass, Apostoles and Matusalem. These casks are credited with maturation aromas of oriental herbs and malt, along with vanilla, citrus fruit, caramel and a hint of coffee.
