This is Dalmore 18 Year Old, a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv.
The first 14 years are spent in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The whisky then moves into Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, 30 years old, for a final four years before bottling. The butts come through a relationship with the González Byass sherry house.
