Dalmore 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in three kinds of cask: American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, Tawny Port pipes and Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks.
The Matusalem casks are 30 years old and come from the Spanish bodega González Byass, which makes them available exclusively to the whisky makers of The Dalmore.
