Dalmore – Constellation Collection 1992 Cask No. 18 (53.8%)

This Dalmore single malt comes from the Constellation Collection. It was distilled on 17 December 1992, is 19 years old and is bottled at 53.8% ABV from cask number 18. The producer describes the colour as deep mahogany gold with shimmering ruby amber highlights. The nose offers ripe plums, citrus fruits and marzipan, with whispers of ginger spice, mango and fleshy grape pulp. On the palate come sweet pear, thick chunky marmalade, bitter chocolate and crushed almonds.
