This is a Dalmore single malt bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes, sourced from the port producer W&J Graham's.
The nose has clove-studded orange, raspberry and prune. The palate starts chocolatey, then waves of dried fruit and stem ginger arrive, with a touch of earthy bitterness later, balanced by runny honey. The finish brings roast chestnuts, gingerbread and tobacco.
