Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a classic bourbon, and one that can fairly be called the first 'small batch' bourbon, since it came before the term was in use. The nose is sweet and mature, with caramel, vanilla, spice and honey, plus a sprig of mint. The palate is rich, full-bodied and rounded, with caramel, malt, corn, rye and a hint of smoke. The finish is led by sweet oak, licorice and restrained vanilla.
