This is a Japanese single grain whisky from Fuji, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without an age statement. It is non-peated.
It is matured in ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks.
The nose brings poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glace, with red berries after water is added. The palate is smooth, with pear, orange marmalade, raspberry jam, rye spice and bitter chocolate. The finish is mellow and moderately long, with gentle sweetness, spice and a hint of incense.
