Fuyu Japanese Small Batch Whisky

Fuyu Small Batch is a Japanese blended whisky, and fuyu means 'winter' in Japanese. It is a blend of 80% grain (corn) whisky and 20% malt, made with whisky from three distilleries around Kyoto. The whisky is distilled from malted grain and mash corn on Honshu island, then rests in American white oak barrels. It is described as a powerful, generous blend that shows the blending knowhow of Japanese cellar masters. Its rich flavours suit cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan.
