Fuyu Japanese Whisky Mizunara Finish

Fuyu Mizunara is a Japanese blended whisky made up of 50% malt and 50% grain, blended for three years. The whisky is matured in American white oak barrels, then given a six-month finishing period in Mizunara barrels. Fuyu is the Japanese word for winter, while mizunara translates as 'water and oak', the name of the oak used for the finish.
