Glen Scotia 10 Year Old is a single malt made entirely from unpeated barley and matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery's seaside home shows in the aroma, which has a maritime character and a note of sea-spray saltiness. On the palate there is sweet apple, brown sugar and mellow spices, with a creme caramel and vanilla tone from the wood.
