Glen Scotia Double Sherry Cask is an 11 year old Campbeltown single malt, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 54.1% in a 70cl bottle.
It was first matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, then given a second maturation in first-fill Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, which gives the bottling its name.
The bourbon casks add a creamy influence and the sherry casks classic spice, and together they balance the maritime character of the whisky.
