Glen Scotia – 21 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

This is a 21 year old Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in refill bourbon barrels and refill American oak hogsheads selected by the distillery's team, then finished for six months in first-fill oloroso sherry casks. The finish adds perfumed floral notes to the distillery character of rich fruits, hints of Atlantic sea spray and subtle maritime nuances. The bottle is purple and gold, with a metal coin of the entwined GS logo set into the shoulder.
