Glen Scotia Double Cask is a Campbeltown single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in first fill bourbon barrels, then finished for 12 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The result combines rich, spicy fruit flavours with distinctly Campbeltown notes.
On the nose are crème caramel, toffee, apple, peach and sea spray. The palate offers rich spicy fruits, toffee and fudge, and the finish is vanilla oak with gentle spice.
