This is a 21 year old single malt from GlenDronach in the Highlands, named after the parliament of rooks that live at the distillery. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a mix of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, so sherry is at the centre of its character.
