GlenDronach – Ode to the Embers (70cl, 48.4%)

GlenDronach Ode to the Embers is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48.4% abv. It belongs to The GlenDronach Master's Anthology series. The whisky nods to traditional methods, in particular the use of peat smoke in malt kilns, adding a touch of peat to the distillery's rich, sherried style. It is matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which bring spiced complexity and richness.
