GlenDronach – Ode to the Valley (70cl, 46.2%)

A limited edition Highland single malt from GlenDronach, bottled at 46.2% ABV without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Master's Anthology Series, designed by Master Blender Rachel Barrie to explore the versatility of sherry cask maturation. The whisky is made from ruby port casks sourced from Portugal's Douro Valley, combined with the distillery's signature sherry barrels. It is described as full of late-summer fruit, spice and honeyed depth, with berry compote, gingerbread and roasted apple crumble.
