GlenDronach – Ode To The Valley (70cl, 46.2%)

A limited edition Highland single malt from GlenDronach, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Master's Anthology Series, which explores sherry cask maturation. The whisky is matured in ruby port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley together with GlenDronach's own sherry barrels. It is non-chill-filtered. It is described as full of late-summer fruit, spice and honeyed depth, with berry compote, gingerbread and roasted apple crumble.
