This is a 21 year old single malt Scotch from GlenDronach, bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It is matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The name Parliament comes from the rooks that have nested in the trees overlooking the distillery for nearly 200 years.
The nose is sherry, fruitcake and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, with dried fruits, nuts and spices. The finish is long, with a hint of oak and sweetness.
