Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Vat is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American bourbon casks, Portuguese sherry casks and virgin oak, then married in a Solera vat.
The nose brings sherry, orange and other citrus, and dry wood, with a slight hint of smoke. On the palate it is medium in weight, with sherry, raisins, fruitcake, spices and sweetness. The finish carries candied fruits, raisins, spices and Christmas pudding before the oak takes over.
