A 21 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfiddich, part of its Grand Collection. The spirit spends 21 years in American oak casks on site at the distillery in Dufftown.
Malt Master Brian Kinsman then hand selects casks and moves the whisky into Caribbean rum casks for a finish of about four months. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The rum cask finish is described as adding tropical warmth, ginger, fig, lime, banana and spicy toffee.
