Glenfiddich 21 Years is a 21-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. After its long maturation it spent four months in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
The nose is dark brown sugar, orange peel and sweet vanilla, with marmalade, manuka honey and chocolate. The palate opens soft with fruitcake, spice and buttery vanilla, then turns brisk, vibrant and drying, with pepper and a touch of smoke. The finish is very long, warming and spicy, with dry marmalade.
