Glenfiddich 30 Year Old is a Speyside single malt that has spent at least 30 years in Spanish Oloroso and American bourbon oak. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
Every cask is nosed, selected and married by the distillery's Malt Master, aiming for a balance of hearty oak and honeyed warmth. William Grant and his family began building Glenfiddich by hand in Dufftown in 1886, and it remains family owned.
It is characterised by sherry, fig and dark chocolate.
