This is a 15 year old Glenfiddich single malt from the Perpetual Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 50.2% vol.
VAT 03 is matured in used American oak, new American oak and European sherry casks.
The nose offers heather honey and vanilla fudge alongside dark fruit. The palate is silky, with sherry notes, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger, and the finish is rich with a lingering sweetness.
