Glengoyne 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery stresses a slow distilling pace, barley dried by air rather than peat smoke, and hand-selected sherry casks made from European and American oak.
The nose is sweet, with toffee and popcorn, a slight nuttiness and fresh green apples. The palate brings green apples, grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. A drop of water brings out linseed oil and almonds.
