Glengoyne – 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt

Glengoyne 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt from a distillery on the Highland border, known as the Glen of the Geese. It is made from barley dried by air rather than peat, and distilled in the distillery's uniquely shaped stills, which run the longest distillation of any Scottish whisky. The spirit matures in European and American oak casks, with hand-selected sherry casks giving this 12 Year Old its rich golden colour. Nothing is added to it, and the colour is natural. The nose is lemon zest, toffee apples and coconut.
