This is a 25-year-old Highland single malt from Glengoyne, matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks. It is bottled at 48% vol in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows red fruits, leather and brown sugar, with touches of soft oak. On the palate are cinnamon, stewed fruits and the tang of Seville marmalade. The finish is rich and long, with spicy liquorice.
