Glengoyne Balbaína is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% in a 1 litre bottle.
It is built around hand-selected first fill sherry casks. Glengoyne chose European oak for them, which brings an intense, spicy character, and the whisky matures in stone-built warehouses at Dumgoyne. The name refers to Balbaína, where winemakers have long prized sherry wood.
