Glengoyne Balbaína is a single malt in a 1 litre bottle at 43% abv, built around hand-selected first fill sherry casks.
Winemakers in Balbaína have long prized sherry wood above all others, and the distillery chose European oak for these casks. It brings an intense, spicy character to the whisky, which matures in stone-built warehouses at Dumgoyne.
