This is a deeply dark Glenlivet single malt from 1997, matured in a sherry cask and bottled at 53.9% by The Exclusive Malts. The release was limited to 376 bottles.
The nose is full of dried fruit, raisins, plums, honey and spice. The palate returns to dried fruit and raisins, followed by sherry and a syrupy sweetness, with a little pepper.
A long finish again fills with dried fruit.
