Glenmorangie The Lasanta is a 12 year old single malt, bottled at 43%.
The nose is creamy, with caramel, creme anglaise and chocolate raisins, quite dry with mixed sweet spices. The palate is very thick, with honeyed raisins, a little sweet beeswax and melted vanilla ice cream, and sherry weaving gently through it in a very buttery style.
The finish is creamy, with more honey, a slight oaky dryness and a dusting of cocoa powder.
