This is an 18 year old Canadian whisky made from corn and rye, bottled at 54.5%. The mash bill is 91.5% corn and 8.5% rye, and the spirit comes from the Potters Distillery in Kelowna.
It spent 17 years maturing in ex-bourbon casks, then a further 15 months in Jerez brandy barrels from Osborne in Andalusia, Spain. The brandy cask finish gives the whisky its unusual character.
