Haig Club Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Haig Club is a single grain Scotch whisky made at Cameronbridge distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The bottle is blue, a change from the usual brown and green glass. The grain whisky is matured in three types of cask. It has a fresh, clean style with toffee and butterscotch notes, and it can be sipped neat, over ice or used in cocktails. The colour is light, bright gold. The nose is creamy butterscotch or custard with tropical fruit, citrus and a light woody spice. The palate is sweet and creamy, with coconut, butterscotch and spice, and the finish is short and clean, with a trace of freshly sawn wood.
