Hibiki 12 Year is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% (86 proof) in a 700ml bottle. It is aged for a minimum of 12 years.
The blend combines malt and grain whiskies matured in a range of cask types, including American oak and other specialty barrels. The bottle has a faceted design.
On the nose it is honey, citrus peel and light oak with floral sweetness. The palate is smooth, with vanilla, orchard fruit and gentle spice, and the finish is soft and lingering with subtle sweetness and oak.
