Hibiki – 17 Year Old is a blended whisky from Hibiki (Japan). Aged 17 years, bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. This was the first iteration of the Hibiki 17-year-old, which replaced the original non-age statement blend in 2001. It was released in this packaging with more prominent "Suntory Whisky" labelling until 2007. A blend of over ten malts and grains, first released by Suntory in 1989. The recipe features whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, all aged in five types of cask. The the bottle famously always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. Condition: Box: soiling and staining on exterior surfaces.
