Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from the House of Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. It brings together malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and was first introduced in 1989.
The nose has kumquat, jasmine and Japanese incense. The palate is subtly sweet and floral, with spicy notes of sandalwood and agarwood. The finish is long and deep, with hints of spiced Mizunara wood.
