Hibiki 21 Year Old (70cl)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of selected aged whiskies matured in casks made from three different oak woods, including Mizunara. Suntory's whiskies are matured through Japan's four seasons, with changes in temperature and humidity shaping how they develop. The nose is sweet and incense-like, with blackberry, ripe banana, caramel and cooked fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara oak, followed by a long, rich finish.
