Hibiki 21 Year Old Suntory Whisky 100th Anniversary Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky, made from several malt and grain whiskies and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. This limited edition marks 100 years of Suntory Whisky. For the anniversary, Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo and his team of blenders rethought the art of blending for Hibiki. They used Mizunara oak, chosen as a mark of respect for Japanese heritage, in place of the more traditional sherry cask.
