Hibiki 21 Years is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, aged 21 years and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Its colour is bronze amber. The nose combines cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara, the Japanese oak, and the finish is long and rich with an incense aroma.
