Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is a limited Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% abv in a 70cl bottle. It combines grain and malt whiskies and takes its final maturation in sakura casks, made from cherry wood. Hibiki means resonance or echo, and the range follows the Japanese calendar. Cherry blossom marks the turn of the old year into the new in Japanese culture. In tasting notes it is amber. The nose is floral, with cherry blossom and olives. The palate is velvety, soft and sweet, with honey and pear. The finish is harmonious and long.
