Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a 2022 limited edition of the Japanese blend, bottled at 43% vol. in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki means 'resonance' in Japanese. The edition is inspired by cherry blossom, which marks both the start and the end of the traditional Japanese year. Whisky matured in sakura wood casks was combined with malt and grain whiskies that have aged for many years. The colour is amber. The nose is floral, with sakura and fragrant olive. On the palate it is soft, with acacia honey and French pear, then a refined sweetness reminiscent of sakura mochi. The aftertaste is long and rich.
