Blossom Harmony is a 2021 limited release from Hibiki, the Japanese whisky brand of Suntory. It was made by the Suntory blenders, who married Hibiki whisky with whisky finished in Sakura casks.
The result is described as smooth, gentle and moreish. The light fruit and creaminess associated with Hibiki come together with soft floral tones.
