Blossom Harmony is a limited 2021 release from Hibiki, made by the blenders at Suntory. They married Hibiki whisky with whisky finished in Sakura casks, giving the house style a new angle.
It is described as smooth, gentle and moreish, with the light fruit and creaminess typical of Hibiki merging with soft floral tones.
